Voluntary Data
We ask for certain personal information on our contact forms both on our website and on our social media pages, including name, phone number and email address as well as other information you might provide. Contact forms include forms on our social media pages. Collectively, these will be referred to as the Contact Forms.
If you provide personal information through our Contact Forms we will use that to contact you regarding our services and marketing for our services but we will not sell that data to other parties. We may need to share it with certain third party providers in order to market our services to you. Details of that sharing are described below.

We use Google Services including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Drive to give us a better idea of who is visiting our website and to provide services to you. Meta Pixel

Zoom

Intuit

Mobile Data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we retain your data
If you fill out a form the contents are retained indefinitely.

What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have filled out one of our forms, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. We will make a reasonable effort to comply with such requests. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
